By accessing or using designroom.express, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

During the private beta period, these terms are provisional and may be updated as the platform evolves. We will notify you of significant changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

During the beta period, accounts are provided by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

You retain full ownership of all pattern files, images, and data you upload to designroom.express. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to provide the service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

You agree not to use designroom.express to:

• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or accounts
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's proprietary technology

designroom.express is provided as-is during the beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows and significant service changes.

designroom.express is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for the relevant service during the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
