Shared context

One connected Style record

Every team member works from the same Style record. Sketches, references, Pattern versions, Fabric and Trim selections, Sample feedback, and production documents all live in one place. No more hunting through shared drives for the latest version.

Controlled revisions

Controlled revisions and visible workflow

Every change creates a new Pattern Version. Revision history is auditable — you can see who changed what and when. The workflow status shows what is waiting, blocked, or ready. No more guessing which version went to the factory.

Controlled Pattern collaboration

The Pattern Assistant helps your team find relevant Patterns and interpret briefs — but it never overwrites an existing Pattern. Every proposed change is reviewed and approved before a new Version is saved.

Designers propose a change; pattern makers and senior staff review the preview and measurements. When it is accepted, a new Pattern Version records what changed and who approved it.

The source block is never modified, and a finished manufacturing document is never changed automatically. Moving a change up to an approved Style Revision is a separate, deliberate step.

Materials

Shared materials and Supplier context

Build a reusable Fabric and Trims library. Link Supplier sources. When a material is selected for a Style, everyone — designers, sample room, and suppliers — sees the same specification. No more disconnected spreadsheets or WhatsApp threads.

Production

Practical manufacturing preparation

Build the Tech Pack from the approved Style Revision, then generate a verified Production Pack. The pack includes a manifest, a validation report, measurements and piece-measurement CSVs, SVG patterns, DXF exports (plain, AAMA-style and ASTM-style) and a print-ready PDF. Manufacturing Documents issue as fixed records, and Factory Releases carry the full context with them.
